    It's high time to start preparing your body for bigger volumes. If you don't have roller skis (https://www.haakonsport.cz/kategorie-produktu/koleckove-lyze/), then you need to start loading the body in a similar way as in Jibe Jaha. Running/walking hills, pulling the tire, working out, going for longer hikes, all of these are important so that the body gets used to it and isn't completely destroyed on the first day. I wouldn't underestimate it at all as you're looking at 50km each day if you want to make the limit. It seems like a reasonable portion, but the weather may not always be favorable and even 1 km can take an hour.
